Care instructions vary by product. Each item comes with a care label, and we also provide detailed care information on the product page. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We try to restock popular items when possible. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing it right away as our inventory changes frequently with new arrivals.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using mobile money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for orders within Kampala.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via phone or email. After that, the order may already be in processing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation with tracking information. For Kampala deliveries, our delivery team will contact you before arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money (MTN and Airtel), bank transfers, and cash on delivery for orders within Kampala. All payments are secure and processed safely.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Kampala and major cities in Uganda. For locations outside Kampala, please contact us to arrange delivery options and costs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Kampala typically takes 1-2 business days. Deliveries to other cities in Uganda take 3-5 business days depending on location.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary by location. Within Kampala, delivery starts at UGX 5,000. For other cities, costs are calculated based on distance. Free delivery is available for orders above UGX 200,000 within Kampala.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! You can choose to pick up your order at our Kampala location during business hours. This option is free and usually ready within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via phone or email to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and arrange for pickup or drop-off. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors if available. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. The item must be in original condition with tags.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all return shipping expenses.

Yes, we have a physical store in Kampala where you can browse and purchase items in person. We also offer online shopping with delivery services.

Can I try items on in-store?

Absolutely! Our store has fitting rooms where you can try on clothing before purchasing. Our friendly staff is also available to help you find the right sizes and styles.
